At TRIC, we are committed to your peace of mind on the road. This program provides complimentary benefits and clear expectations to ensure your tires perform their best throughout their life.
Coverage Overview
When you purchase and have installed new tires from TRIC Power Products, you receive the following complimentary benefits:
- Free flat tire repairs (when repairable by our technician)
- Free tire rotations (for the life of the tires)
- Free lifetime tire balancing (for the lifetime of the tires)
- Road-hazard protection with pro-rated replacement credit if covered damage occurs.
Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities
To qualify for full Customer Care benefits , customers must:
- Have tires installed by TRIC Power Products.
- Keep the original purchase invoice and present it for any claim.
- Complete tire rotations every 8,000-10,000 km at TRIC.
- Maintain proper inflation and vehicle alignment.
- Use tires on the original vehicle.
How to Make a Claim
Call TRIC at 587-416-4081 or email info@tricpowerproducts.ca. Bring your invoice and vehicle for inspection. TRIC will determine eligibility for repair and pro-rated replacement credit. Customers are responsible for taxes, mounting, and balancing in replacement tires.
Limitations
This policy applies only to the original purchaser and vehicle. Commercial, fleet, or rideshare applications are excluded unless approved in writing. TRIC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Coverage ends when tires reach 2/32″ tread depth.
